Lou is a Tax Consultant with emphasis on business succession, estate planning, and probate law. He has more than 40 years of tax consulting experience, working with a wide variety of clients.  He has litigated tax cases before the Tax Court, the Northern Ohio Federal District Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
